The jacuzzi was only operating as a hot tub … no jets… children used as a play area … very noisy

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff, big room, direct access to the beach and only 30min to yas and maybe less to the airport. A Variety of restaurants on site and plenty to do for both kids and adults.

Very clean, nicely presented , staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Food was excellent, restaurants superb.

The room was very spacious which was great when staying with our 3 year old son. The food was incredible at the buffet for both the evening meal and breakfast.

The gym simply needs a little TLC but it does have a great view!

You can hear everything around the room. It doesn’t seem to be soundproof.

Unfortunately, the noise insulation wasn't very good and our neighbors were noisy.

Many facilities were old or very used or damaged. The perfume at the lobby was too k much strong.

Great pool and facilities with good beach access. Staff were amazing from reception to the cleaning staff. The lady who serviced our room was an absolute delight I'm just disappointed I didn't get her name so that I could give her a shout out. She was friendly and kind and ever so helpful. The hotel also upgraded us to a room with a view which was so kind of them.

We stayed last weekend and had a great experience. At first, our rooms were not together despite my request, but the staff quickly resolved it and gave us two beautiful sea-view connecting rooms. Since it was my cousin’s birthday, they also surprised us with complimentary cakes in both rooms — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay very special.

Our stay at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi was absolutely wonderful. The property itself is stunning — from the breathtaking views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque to the relaxing pool and private beach, everything felt like a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The rooms were spacious, well-kept, and truly made us feel at home. What stood out the most, however, was the service. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and memorable. A special thank you goes to Ms. Shaniana, who was always there for us throughout our stay. Her professionalism, warm personality, and willingness to help at every step made a huge difference. She truly elevated our experience and we are very grateful for her support. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, whether for leisure or business

Both had a great time by the pool, quiet rooms, relaxing and the food was great.

The rooms could be cleaner Didn't feel all areas of the room were cleaned properly.

The hotel has spacious room and possibly the best view in Abu Dhabi, the beach and swimming pools are beautiful, they have pool for kids as well.

Car valet can take some time depends on the time of the day
