A truly exceptional highlight of our stay was the bird performance with the gentleman and his magnificent hawk, Blade. This unforgettable experience was among the most memorable moments of our visit. Blade’s grace, precision, and remarkable training — flying effortlessly through the space and returning seamlessly to her handler — added an exclusive and sophisticated touch that elevated our stay beyond expectations.

Really one of the best! So fancy, beautifully designed, I just loved it.

Important for us was the access to the mini mall in the basement with a supermarket, a pharmacy, a hairdresser and more. We loved the distinguished architecture and interior style and the iconic Etihad towers. The room was on a high floor and huge with a window wall that allowed epic sunrise and sunset views. The location is perfect for all kind of excursions (louvre, yas marina, mosque and more) as taxis are very affordable and always available. Swimming and the beach in front of the skyscrapers was just hillarious. The choice of so many „built in“ restaurants is superb and the food was delicious. The crew was always very helpful and kind. Conrad is a perfect place in Abu Dhabi, no doubts.

Good check-in experience, room ready before 3p.m., really nice pool area. Room spacious and nicely furnished. Comfortable bed. Good dining options for reasonable money. Great breakfast.

Sometimes long waiting at the elevators.

Amazing experience. The personnel was very attentive and was trying to do everything to make our stay perfect. The room was spacious, with spectacular view and comfy bed. The breakfast was various and delicious. Complimentary accsess to the observatory deck on 72th floor with one of the best views of the city was a nice touch.

THE location is key here, plus excellent breakfast and the hotel beach. We have had minor issue but all was solved quickly / thanks Mary Hope.

The location is excellent, the view is stunning, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. The stay was very comfortable and family-friendly.

Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers delivers a polished and impressive luxury experience. The views from the higher floors are spectacular, especially over the Arabian Gulf and the city skyline. The rooms are spacious, modern and very comfortable, and service is professional and efficient throughout the stay. The private beach and pool area are well maintained and offer a calm escape despite the central location.

While everything feels high quality, the atmosphere is more corporate and grand than intimate. For travelers seeking a more boutique or personal vibe, this may feel slightly formal, especially for a short stay.

Very nice facilities and nice location by Corniche. Very nice view of fireworks from room 4210. Very good breakfast and breads from own bakery. Finnish style rye bread as well “ruislimppu” and very good. Nice small beach and pool facilities. Very international feeling. Excellent steaks in Rays grill with amazing view.

Coffee quality was not on par with everything else. I recommend to train few people for it and when customers ask manually made Italian coffee it should be high quality. It is not cheap to stay in Conrad during the Christmas. Unnecessary hassle in check in while had not read mail sent to them or via booking.

The staff at the Conrad Ethiad Towers were the stars during our stay. Gloria at the lobby was exemplary and hospitable. All staff we interacted with were proactive, very polite and dutiful. The view of the corniche and Abu Dhabi skyline during the day and at night was wonderful. Overall a superb family friendly property.

The lighting controls in the room are too complicated and should be simplified.

I was pleasantly surprised, in a word: amazing! From the moment of arrival, service is a top priority and the room with sea view looks fantastic! I’d definitely come back.

Location requires taxis to get to most places.

Modern luxury hotel with impressive architecture and excellent comfort throughout. The pool and beach area are beautifully designed with plenty of free sunbeds available. Breakfast is very rich and of high quality, as expected. Free access to the observation deck is included and definitely worth a visit. A small shopping mall with groceries is directly connected to the hotel.

Although the room on a high floor offered a fantastic view, using the elevators was time-consuming and sometimes inconvenient. The area around the hotel is not very lively, with no real shopping or entertainment options nearby apart from the small grocery store, which made the location feel somewhat isolated from the rest of the city.

Nothing to dislike

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice panoramic view of the gulf. The bathroom was very big and very practical too. The selection of food at breakfast and dinner (half-board option) at Rosewater restaurant was exceptional! So much choice and of good quality! There, everyone can find something for their taste and diet. There were stalls with European, Indian, local Arabic/Lebanese, Chinese/South Asian food and even fresh sushi and rolls. Also, apart from varied meat options, there were always a few fish and seafood dishes as well as great selections of vegetables and salads for vegetarians. Fresh juices and smoothies made to order at breakfast were also a nice touch. We tried Nahaam and Li Beirut restaurants (as a part of our half-board option). Nahaam was good, although seemed a bit average to me. But I really loved the food I tried at Li Beirut! The staff, generally, was very friendly and helpful. Good room cleaning twice a day. The last but not the least, this hotel is in excellent location, within walking distance to the Presidential Palace and has the highest observation deck in Abu Dhabi.

The air conditioning in most public areas was too strong. Sometimes, it got very cold at the restaurant and corridors leading to the elevators, and particularly on the stairs leading from the lobby to the restaurants and the beach. Sometimes, the air drafts felt like gusts of wind blowing right in your face. The restaurant staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at breakfast on busy days (which happened to be the weekend). The service felt like there had been a shortage of waiters or something like this. But on less busy days when there were fewer guests, everything was fine.

The lifts ! This is a very big hotel was 60 plus floors. The lifts can be complicated and take time.

Location in the tower is great. Observation deck good a place to go. level 45 is a must. The staff are best in the UAE.

No TV room or sports bar

-The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us presents -Restaurants were great, especially Sushisamba -Observatory and room on higher floors has great views

-Breakfast has a lot of variety but could be a bit better with a taste quality. Before Conrad we were in Rixos and they had much better taste

The service was really one the best I have ever experienced. Every single person working there is doing his best to make you feel home.

The beach is a bit too small and many guests are just occupying the beds without really using them. So you end up that you arrive at 11am and all the beds are taken.

Luxury hotel. Attention to detail is immaculate. Staff are very friendly and will aim to serve you in any way possible, with a genuine smile. High quality breakfast but also a variety of cuisines.

The lifts tend to take a while but expected with such a thin tall building, more of an architectural fault than a hotel fault.
