Twelve Atlantic Station Marriott Hotel, Atlanta

I loved the proximity to the Pinnacle Lot to which we were able to park at the hotel, and then leave our cars in a security parking lot while we were at the festival! We were within a 5 minute walk to the Pinnacle lot!

Our rooms ceiling looked unfinished as it was just plywood, very well could be part of the “rustic Atlantic look” however I felt like it was triggering my asthma. I also began to cough all night to which I had to use my inhaler. Once I left the room I was fine. Could very well have been dust in the room. 2 of the light bulbs in the room were also busted so it left us with little light. The walls were also very thin as we could hear every conversation in the hallways and in the rooms below us and above us. The staff was amazing at helping us finding the parking and showing us access to the valet parking!

So I valet parked my car just to wake up the next morning to my car being completely dead and my keys locked in the car. I was so livid I had to pay 150 to a local locksmith yes my valet was waived but just the recklessness of the staff was unacceptable.

The room is fantastic and very comfortable if you are travelling with family

Housekeeping cleaning the room did not always do a thorough job cleaning the room

Checking in was very easy and quick staff was friendly and amazing

The front deck staff was amazing! Valet very convenient and polite. The bartender he was amazing. Food was delicious

The menu online and in the restaurant are very different

Shay the front desk clerk was phenomenal! She accommodated me so well.

Not much you can do about this but the smell of weed smoke in elevators/hallways and right outside..not great for families.

The location was great. Close to everything you can think of. 10/10 it was close to our event we were attending but it got canceled due to weather.

Lights were flickering in room and the heat was on 83 degrees and it was freezing cold to my spouse. Could hear people walking back and forth talking going to the elevator.

We liked everything but the bed and chairs. They are not very comfortable.

I loved the apartment style rooms & balcony. The kitchen, living room, & bedroom was very clean.

The shower had a bad smell coming from either the water or the drain & there were gnats in the shower ceiling. There were also no hooks or shelves to hang your towels or shower products near the shower.

The hotel was amazing Shanita the hotel manager was very accommodating and was able to provide me everything I needed. The restaurant Allora where we ate dinner Friday night was equally amazing Eithleen, Kim, and Ivy Lee where great people to work with as well. The whole experience was awesome and my daughter and her friends had a great as well as I. I would definitely book there again!

We reserved the two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms. The shower in the second bathroom did not work. Rooms 310 and 312.

The staff at the restaurant situated on the lower level provided an exceptional level of service that truly enhanced the dining experience. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and attended to our needs with impressive attentiveness. The brunch itself was a delightful culinary adventure, featuring a diverse array of mouthwatering dishes that tantalized our taste buds. Overall, it was an outstanding experience that left a lasting impression.

Great location. Everything was in walking distance. Room was a nice size.

First room I was in didn’t have any hot water. The Room we was moved to front door would get stuck. Ice machine didn’t work. Remote in living room didn’t have nahh weeks. Remote in bed room didn’t work. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Stains on sheets. Hotel have an event on Friday at check in so valet parking wasn’t an option at all.

Very clean & fresh upon entry; we arrive at 9am & was accommodated & let check in early at 9:30 instead of 3. Hotel restaurant was CHEFS KISS!! Amazing waitress by the name of Kimberly please ask for her she is what every hostess should be!!

The design of the room with a lot of exposed concrete seemed a bit undone. You can see markings on the ceiling that was put there by a contractor or a construction worker.

Horible menu breakfast, very loud and enourmos rooms with a lot of wasted of space. Theoretically should be fairly new hotel, but rooms look run down. No place to sit and work.

Perfect location. So much to do right there. Loved having a kitchen. Plus the rooms are basically small apartments. Great for a family stay. The staff was wonderful.

The location was perfect! I was able to do some shopping at my favorite stores and eat at some really good restaurants that was only walking distance away

Check-in was easy and fast, Griselle was very pleasant, Chey at restaurant was very nice, it was a pleasure talking with her. She was very efficient, and the food was good. The area had lots to offer during my stay.

I loved the one bedroom king suite. It was clean and smelled great. I loved the location and the fact it was walking distance from the publix, target, restaurants, and retail stores in the Atlantic station.

I didn't like the fact that housekeeping got to me after 4 pm every day of my stay
