Very clean great location

Only complaint would be someone was in the room next to us one night and kept slamming their door late in the night

Everything was good except no shower curtain until we asked for one , Water was everywhere with out it.

Loved everything about the hotel except for the poor sound isolation between adjacent rooms. The room was clean with everything needed. Overall, a great value-for-money hotel, will consider it for my next visits.

Since I was coming to present at a major conference and hoping to get some rest prior to the workdays there, my only complaint was the poor sound isolation between the adjacent rooms. My neighbors next door were rather loud partying over spring break throughout both nights of my stay. That said, the staff immediately addressed my complaint.

It would have been nice to have the suite kitchenette stocked with glasses, plates, and flatware. The bathroom ceiling could use a scrub/fresh paint.

I liked the different options of breakfast items, and they were different each morning of our stay. The room was very clean. I also enjoyed the city view from my window. The staff welcomed us with smiles and kindness.

The breakfast area was very crowded; however, it met my expectations for hotel food. I wish there were more tables and less congestion when making waffles, and better directions. The parking situation was fine but a two block walk.

Location was great! Staff very friendly and helpful! Breakfast typical and perfect for family.

Bathroom shower showing signs of mold and could use some new caulking. Can tell it’s an older building with remodel. Overall, great place! We would stay there again.

The staff was always friendly. They gave good recommendations and always had nice conversations.

Pool was decent but no towels when we went. Facial tissue in the room is very harsh on the nose.

Location and esthetic were great, but the staff was one of the best in recent years (actually since Covid)! Having years of experience in hospitality and hotels myself, I don’t find much intriguing or appealing about the modern day status quo of the hospitality industry. This was a major breath of fresh air and thank you to all of you for making the stay what it was.

Bed is 5/10 but a very clean hotel and room, nonetheless.

The room was beautiful.... clean and with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is close to everything...... restaurants, shopping, public transport, the river.

Everything was amazing, from the gym, the pool, the comfort of the bed, had to request extra pillows made it even more relaxing. The room is has good enough space, the view was amazing. They had coffee and hot drinks refilled through the day. Staff were amazing, very helpful with food. Very clean.

I don’t want to say what I didn’t like about the property but what could be improved the breakfast wasn’t for me as there wasn’t a range of fruits or other dietary requirements for someone who has personal health issues. For someone who can eat everything and anything the breakfast is good. As there is a swimming pool they don’t provide robes to go down or slippers. Just bear in mind, this didn’t affect me but you are near a fire station so it’s a lot of noise during the day and night.

Location, staff assistance, housekeeping services, and atmosphere. Enjoyed the spacious suite and view from the higher floor. Liked the security of the hotel and elevator keypad to access floor. Also, parking validation.

No fan in the bathroom for moisture control. Toilet handle had issues making water ran continuously.

The rooms were very nice and clean. I especially liked having the living area in a separate room from the bed. the room felt more like a comfortable apartment than a hotel. It would be an ideal hotel room for an extended stay. It had a desk, a buffet area, a sofa, a TV. plenty of comfortable areas to work and take calls or relax after a night of fun

Very friendly staff, great location, and a clean hotel. It’s within a 20-minute walk of many attractions, so you don’t need to spend much money on transportation.

The property was located in a great spot, the staff were responsive, and the hotel was well run. Again the staff, or excellent from the front desk to the housekeepers and houseman.

Unfortunately, the pool was not open during our stay. Which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. It wasn’t a significant damper in our state, but it was a disappointment.
