Beyond expectations! A perfect 10/10 experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The atmosphere, the service, and the facilities were top-notch. Highly recommended!

Only one fault. The staff started mowing the lawn and trimming the bushes before 7 AM. It was impossible to sleep with the window open because of the loud noise from the power tools, the gas mower, and the staff talking loudly.

From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff were so obliging, helpful, and polite. The room and service were exceptional. There was everything you would need in the room. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff, too. They were so friendly. The location is fantastic. A short walk to all amenities. I definitely would recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

It was raining the whole morning and we went at 7 for breakfast, we waited for the rain to stop and asked if we could have another drink in the breakfast bar and that was allowed. we appreciated that.

the wellness is nice but i ve seen more cosy welnesses, the jacuzzy for instance should be shielded off from the pool with a mozaiek wall.

Stunning hotel real quality. All the staff were excellent, attentive and could not do enough for you. Rooms were spacious with beautiful bedding and lovely ESPA products in the bathrooms, including shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and body lotion. The food in all the restaurants was delicious, i loved the truffle ravioli and could eat it every day! The Spa facilities and the gym were were very well equiped .Would definitely recommend.

EVERYTHING!

The spa facilities, mainly the indoor pool and jacuzzi, were unfortunately full of children during our visit. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy the spa experience, which we were expecting to be more calm and adult-oriented..

The hotel and stuff are amazing! Outstanding service, everywhere is very clean and well-groomed!

We like everything, extended checkout, complementary cakes for the birthday that we celebrate.

Overall, the hotel is nice and well located. The rooms are exceptionally clean, very cozy, and comfortable to stay in - cleanliness is definitely one of the strongest points. The general service is good, and room service was excellent: very tasty food, reasonable prices, and high-quality service. The massage (including pregnancy massage) was excellent

For a 5-star hotel, several aspects were disappointing. Communication before arrival was poor. I emailed the hotel days in advance and never received a reply, and the reservations phone was never answered. On Booking, messages showed an automatic reply saying the person was on vacation, which made it unclear whether the message was delivered. Eventually, all questions were handled by reception. Misleading information about half board. When booking, dinner was described as a buffet (with shorter winter hours). In reality, it was a limited set menu, which was not communicated in advance. At the restaurant entrance, we were first told the price was €45 per person, despite having half board, and were only allowed in after our booking was checked. The explanation given was low winter occupancy and food waste, but this should be clearly communicated before booking. At minimum, basic drinks should be included. In hindsight, it would have been much better to book a room with breakfast only (around €100 cheaper) and simply order room service if needed. The set menu was very limited and largely duplicated the room service menu. Drinks were not included, even water. Considering the price, the value for money was poor. In hindsight, booking breakfast only and using room service would have been a much better option.

Clean and spacious hotel, all the staff we met were courteous, very luxurious room, wonderful breakfast, varied, fresh and delicious ingredients. We had dinner at the Italian and Asian restaurants, both of which were wonderful - it was delicious and of a very high standard.

The hotel is a little far from everything, but it didn't bother us.

Really gorgeous hotel. We had a room with a porch facing the pool and the sea. T was a fabulous view.

Grand in style but friendly. Superbly maintained indoors and attractive outdoor areas. Breakfast and bar food were both very good quality and involved a wide range of choice. Room was delightful, well-equipped and very clean. Large comfortable bed. Special mention must go to the charming and extraordinarily helpful Fonser (?) who did the meeting and greeting. Lovely chap!

Interior and design of the hotel was really impressive. Bed was big and very comfortable. Room was new and modern. Breakfast was really delicious and sufficient options to choose from. Service staff were very friendly.

Main course in the Cafe and one of the restaurant were very poor. Especially compared to the price, we expected much better meal. It would have been nice to have more festivities or activities during Christmas and New Year other than Gala dinner.

The event was New Years Eve and my birthday New Years Day. The restaurant was superb, the staff and food were exceptional

One hour to take us to the room. Limited disabilities attention: parking, shower, room distance. TV not working. No hot water in the shower at night. I called reception, they said they will call me back, but no response. In the morning water was hot. But attitude at breakfast when we asked for a particular table and not the one the waitress wanted to give us. The waiter grabbed (and the word is important here as it hides negative attitude) my wife's bag from the chair of the next table and moved it to the table we asked without asking permission to do so.

Well maintained property. Location is quite good. Staff is very professional and polite.

An annual visit to celebrate our anniversary. Surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine in our room as returning guests. Ate in Oshins restaurant which was fabulous- both food and service outstanding. Spa treatment also highly recommended

Wonderful staff everywhere in the hotel. Lovely food. The intimate alacarte restaurants were exceptional. Our 4th floor seafront room was perfect, great view and comfortable bed.

Incredible hotel with nice Christmas arrangements, great facilities- indoor pool, jacuzzi, nice wet & dry sauna with lovely mint smell. Fantastic service, great and friendly staff, huge variety of tasty meals.
