Noise - from the construction on the next property, from the renovation of pavement inside hotel garden, from noisy Indian weddings.

I love the way the staff were very attentive and how nothing was too much trouble for them.the breakfast buffet had great choices especially with my son being food sensitive

Very well designed, properly insulated and large room. Good lay out, spacious and attractive hotel. Quiet location. Slept very well - no noise from other floors or rooms. Excellent service from all staff.

Only one minor criticism: the breakfast buffet could be improved. Perhaps concentrate on quality rather than quantity?

The facilities were amazing! Separate steam room/sauna & jacuzzi for men & women. Pools & beach were good too. Beds were comfortable & housekeeping staff did a good job. Breakfast & lunch/dinner in buffet restaurant Mezzerie was some of the best variety & quality. Shoaib at breakfast was very accomadatiing. And shuttle bus to Dubai mall & mall of the emirates was a plus point. Thankyou to the entire team… we will be back again!

Few things did not meet our expectation from a Waldorf brand 1- I sent a message stating it was my wife 50th birthday but no special gestures were made 2- we had to request our room to be changed due to the sewage water smell coming from a sewage treatment station located next to the hotel. Although the room was change but we could still smell it when sitting at the balcony. The staff informed me that they have been struggling with this issue which brought to my attention that if this is a known problem why do you put guests in rooms that are close to the sewage facility. Disappointing incident that I feel from a hospitality perspective they should never happen.

Resort is excellent - location, service, spacious and very clean room.

The only downsize was some reconstruction in the garden on property

The hotel's location and the rooms' views were perfect. The best hotel experience of my life. I will definitely come back. The service, the staff, the breakfast, and so many other things I can't even count were superb.

The barriers in the balcony was affecting the view of Burj Al Arab! Wish if we were in higher floor

We were sent an email before arriving stating we would receive a cake as my daughter was on her honey moon. There was no cake! The turn down service seemed to arrive before we had left for diner every night so didn’t get our room turned down on several nights.

We’re very happy after returning from our stay at Waldorf Astoria. Food, service etc. were excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Children were well looked after and enjoyed attending kids club. We will definitely be returning as felt overall provided good value for money and an enjoyable stay😎.

Loved the rooms there . Everything was provided for us. The pools are nice and big. Temperature controlled which is important in dubai heat. Also loved the convenience of ordering whatever we wanted from the menu without having to call someone to take your order. Also convenient that you can smoke by the tanning beds.

They said they would provide an anniversary cake however we never received one. They also were slow deliverinf when asking for some things we needed in the room. Buffet was relatively limited with mostly salads.

All the staff were amazing! They were always so helpful and lovely and went out of their way to make our time at the Waldorf wonderful! Thanks to Moses for being so helpful. 😊

Everything was amazing from the lobby until we got a room. Fantastic view on Burj Al Arab, sea view, on reception make an upgrade for free and give us so big room and special a bathroom with a bath tub and tv. Kids club for our child so beautiful and friendly staff. Spa facilities make us feel as queens. Thanks to all staff

We absolutely love the quality and service at the Waldorf Astoria and it will always be our first choice for stays in Dubai

The fifth floor had been closed for renovations along with the original location of the Pearl Club Lounge and we hadn’t been notified of this.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff were fantastic to deal with. This is my 3rd stay at the hotel. We had a palm-view room, looking out onto the Atlantis and Atlantis Royal, it was perfect for having a morning coffee on the balcony.

It’s just a little bit far

The Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeriah is a wonderful property. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and sitting area is relaxing. The bathroom is what dreams are made of. Bathroom amenities are out of this world (Aesop) & the bathrobe is soooooo soft and comfortable, you wanna stay in it forever. Hotel restaurants, bars, pool, and beach are all well maintained. As an extra bonus, there is an adult's only pool with the spectacular views of Atlantis the Royal that is a refuge. The beach staff also is very attentive and friendly. They spoil you big time - from placing towels on sunbeds, cleaning sunglasses, providing water and cool towels through beach day,…. All the staff is warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. They ensure one is looked after continuously.

Hotel is well maintained, but is starting to need a renovation. Carpets in common areas are a bit old and dusty, wallpapers are old, lighting in corridors are dated and not nice.

Maybe some additional restaurants . Lao was great but lots of hotels have several in house restaurants to chose from not just a buffet option. We ate out for the extra variety.

A little on the expensive side compared to other resorts in the area, and rooms are a bit over categorised making any subtle room difference unnecessarily expensive Men’s SPA was really small and not attractive to use

Very, very friendly staff and a fantastic service. From the entrance to the beach. Special thanks to the breakfast crew shoaib, wasim, kiran, ravindra, bhanu, santhul & jasan. They where so helpful, everytime, espacially in regard of our 1 year old child. The breakfast buffet has everything you can imagine, and a big variation from salty to sweet. The sunset bar in the evening is the perfect place to smoke sisha and having a drink while enjoying the sunset.

there's construction work in the neighbour hood, but you dont realise the noice and it's not disturbing. the jet ski crew offered us to take photos from the boat while we were driving those jet skis. They didnt mentioned a price. Afterwards they wanted 600$ for these pictures. Way too much, a rip-off. The rest was simply perfect, very beautiful hotel.
