Let's start with the excellent communication before our landing from Giulio who was very patient to wait for us after working hours. GiuliA was amazing and very helpful as well both on giving us a nice inputs about the city. As well as preparing our royality amazing delicious breakfast in bed (daily). The theme of the hotel was extra ordinary and unique. Also, it was so sweet of them to celebrate our anniversary with a cake, as well as giving us daily complementary minibar contants (without alcohol as per our rquest) If you wish to have an extreme treatment then you must book with them. Thank you guys for your hospitality and great memories as well as the gift on the way out (Florance made bag)

Well it's not a deal breaker, but the hotel located on a good route of a city bus, but you should be aware how to use it.

Lovely place to stay - bit out of the main area but not difficult to walk. Bonus they give you lots of free water bottles and mini bar. Very clean and quiet and our room was massive!

The hotel is divine - so beautifully styled and the staff warm and knowledgeable and the epitome of good hospitality - we could have stayed in our beautiful room for weeks!

No issues with the stay - only the extreme, unseasonal heat, which was beyond control.

Had an amazing experience staying here for our honeymoon. The rooms are impeccable, smell amazing and comfy. The staff are friendly and welcoming and provide a fountain of knowledge and places to try.

It's on the outskirts of the old town so could be a bit more central but it's a lovely walk along the River Arno to get into the historic centre.

Absolutely stunning! We arrived late and were greeted and taken to the gorgeous reception floor and given a really helpful list of places to go and things to do. We were then taken to our room which was just beautiful. The decorations and furnishings are all amazing, super comfortable bed, stylish bathroom with lovely rainfall shower, complimentary drinks in the minibar… everything was above and beyond.The location was right beside a tram stop but everywhere is walkable and it’s only 5 minutes to a couple of lovely places for breakfast and then another couple minutes and you can walk along the river to the old town and to Ponte Vecchio. We are definitely planning to return.

the hotel interior was amazing and great attention to detail. My room was also beautiful and a mini bar of drinks (mainly soft drinks) complimentary with a big bottle of water daily and more provided in the hall if needed. The staff were so helpful, could not do enough even before the stay we had quick replies to our emails regarding what to see and where to eat etc. I will recommend this to my friends and be back soon

Beautiful style and had everything we needed

Everything was great but the interiors shall be the first on my compliment bullets. The place is beautiful and feels very homie! Breakfast is also very yummy (especially the croissants)! Federico is also super helpful with all his instructions from getting to the place to parking to recommendations around the city. Parking is only a minute walk away and very convenient. The place is located more on the edge of the city so it offers a more peaceful vibe but nevertheless it is only a short walk to the city center.

Staying at Velona’s Luxury Suites was a unique experience. Nicely designed rooms full of character. Elegance and quality all over the place. Spacious room, amazing bathroom, comfortable bed, nice toiletries, tasty organic breakfast served in our room, extremely helpful staff that made you feel special. Tram just outside the door, otherwise 15-20 minutes walk to the historic centre. We stayed in a suite (Durell) with a balcony and we really enjoyed it, we will definitely come back!

So happy I chose Velona’s Jungle in Florence—what a stunning place! The decor was absolutely gorgeous and full of character, no surprise it made the cover of AD magazine. The staff was fantastic too—super attentive and proactive. They even noticed an issue with the drain in our room and immediately offered to upgrade us for free, making our three-day stay even better. Plus, the minibar was well-stocked and replenished daily, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic place to stay. Style and substance abound. Guilio and Gulio were very helpful. The room was fabulous-beautifully styled, but with quality being as important as style. Great memory foam mattress, vintage furniture, nicely stocked mini-bar and plants growing from the bathroom ceiling! Dog bed provided and no extra charge for bringing the dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Everything was fantastic. The tram station is exactly opposite the building and only one stop to the main train station and also to the city center. It is just 15 minutes walking to the city center.

Really beautiful property! Elegant rooms, very comfortable and wonderful floor plan. Bathroom was spacious, had everything you need, great lighting and plenty countertop space and storage. Beautifully decorated- very high end. Great location- train and bus stops right outside the building. Walking distance to old town, restaurants and sites. A bonus- they are pet friendly!
