Excellent place, all of it, accommodation, facilities, cleaning

Big room with kitchen facilities. Lovely bar downstairs, larder upstairs and helpful staff.

Nothing really but it was a Friday night and the noise from the bars in the surrounding streets was very loud. Would stay again though.

Everything! The building is so lovely and stylish, the rooms are lovely, the staff are so genuinely friendly (Irini and Helena were great!) and the communal kitchen and bar are so cosy, with fantastic music, I wanted to move in! And they have a recording studio downstairs! Amazing. I’ll find any excuse to come back to Frankfurt just to stay here! Thank you Libertine!

Room was lovely and clean and large. Very easy check in and out. Thankfully quiet with great double glazing despite the location!

Its in a strange location - literally in the middle of bar party centre of Frankfurt! Which made it easy to get around but also quite odd if you're not going to bars!

Great location and apartment, comfy bed, no noise at all from outside - which is lively at night.

Although an apartment there was just a run with a fridge, sink and hob - not a single utensil, pan, kettle, no crockery or cutlery! We're assuming it was because there was also a communal kitchen but when you pay for an apartment you expect more. Also, there's plenty of space for what could be a bigger, comfortable sofa rather than the very small one in the living area.

Friendly staff, wonderful location in the heart of everything but still in a safe area. Easy access to transport. The room was stylish, the bed comfortable, plenty of wall outlets, the WiFi worked well. Someone mentioned that it was noisy from the pubs around the corner but honestly it was negligible and the skylight was a nice touch.

It does not have air conditioning, but the little fan provided was enough to keep cool in July. The little kitchenette with hot plate is cute and would be nice for a longer stay, but there weren’t any cooking instruments provided to go with it.

No air conditioning ( our fault for not double checking this) but the fan provided & open windows works to cool room temperature.

The shower tap was very difficult to use- & the tap on the top floor kitchen also did not work properly

Loved the modern concept and the room we got upgraded for free was amazing. We enjoyed the extra facilities like the community kitchen and the location was also a perfect distance from the city center.

The room service could have been more thorough but it didn’t really matter for a short stay.

Beautifully decorated hotel right in a privileged area of great restaurants and bars. We arrived after hours and self check in was relatively straightforward. Staff are lovely and very hospitable and truly care for your experience.

Kitchenette is not very well equipped, so not much point of having one. There are excellent shared facilities upstairs though and a very good breakfast available.

Small “maisonette” but had everything we needed.

It is in a central party location and it is very loud, cannot sleep with open windows and there is no ventilation available. Our window view was a big pile of garbadge bags and trash.

Was positively surprised, how quiet the room was in spite of a very booming nightlife around - that's the first hotel where the windows are being soundproof so well! The bed was very comfortable, also the tiny bathroom had all the things we needed! Extra bonus were the nice design items in the room!

No Airconditioning Some rooms have bed on a mezzanine within. People with limitation on climbing ladder like stairs need to avoid these rooms.

Lovely building and great location / in walkable area. Loved the idea and design of the shared space. A few stairs down to my room. Was cute for the night but not what I was looking for, for an extended stay.

I thought I'd booked a better room as I had a free upgrade - It was lower level, looking over an alleyway. Stairs up to the bed.

The staff were so friendly and we loved Ermin’s (Armin’s) cocktails.

The location was fabulous, lovely friendly staff.On arrivel we were upgraded to a beautiful room for my husband's birthday. The location is super,right in the heart of Sachenhausen and a stones throw from the town. Will be returning

The vegan breakfast was DELICIOUS, particularly the croissants (we don’t normally eat vegan, btw). We had a quiet room on a high level in the side of the hotel that is away from the street and heard nothing all night. The location was fantastic for walking along the river, sightseeing in the old area near cathedral, and finding dinner nearby. Fabulous little hotel.

The hotel staff was excellent. Every single staff member greeted us when we entered or exited the hotel! There is fun and corky artwork throughout, we walked on each leave just to look at it! The free laundry facility was a wonderful surprise.

Its a cozy and stylish hotel, in a perfect location.

The staff went above and beyond. Extremely nice and kind. The location is great if you do not mind to be in a party spot. The rooms are comfy and have the little special extra touch. A bit more personal than most other hotel rooms. The kitchen upstairs is great and gives it really more a feeling of a temporary home than a hotel. Extremely dog friendly too. Happy to return anytime.

The party location brings some noise and dirt on the street. But I loved the location nevertheless. The shower didn't drain well but it was fixed immediately. A little bit more care should be given to clean the joints in the shower.

The hotel is very stylish, comfortable, and well-located. The lobby turns into a bar in the evening and is a nice evening hang-out spot.

We asked to store our bags for half a day after we checked out, and were told to place them in front of a door to a storage room. To our dismay no one ever put the bags in the storage room while we were gone. Also, while the room has a small kitchenette, it has barely any kitchen items if you want to actually cook in your room.

I loved the room and the simplistic modern style/feel of the whole place.

It was in a very happening area. Close to restaurants and bars and a short walk from the river. The staff was so friendly and kind and accommodating. We were able to store our bags before check in and after check out. The facilities are great and the room was very comfortable.

We loved the hotel. Very nice boutique hotel with cozy atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful and the rooms beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was versatile and healthy and the community kitchen for hotel residents on top floor was really something extra. We also liked the location: the old city center was just across the river - nice walk along the bridge. If you like nightlife, there were bars just around the corner, but there was no disturbance, the windows kept the potential noise outside if there was any.

We were happy with everything.

Gorgeous design, thoughtful touches and really interesting vibe. Wonderful communal kitchen area on top floor, would be brilliant for a longish stay. Delicious breakfast with grains, pastries, fruits!

There was no air con and the weather was hot. The windows are very sound proof (and beautiful) but opening them means you hear the lively bars nearby which were noisy.

The room is really nice and more like a luxury apartment. Comfy big bed and everything very clean. Laundromat in the basement and most facilities you need. This is located in the heart of the pub area in Frankfurt so loud drunk people will be around in the evening. I can just close the window and it's well isolated.. or join them.

No AC and a fridge inside the room would've been nice.

The shower smelled a little moldy. It was on a busy street corner and was really loud with the windows open, but there’s no ac so you need the windows open. It did come with 2 fans though.

The location! (if you like the very active bar scene here!) The decor, the colours and textures - beautiful and comforting. The attention to detail. This is a really lovely hotel right across the street from all the action. LOVED the bathroom. Yes, the sink is small and there's not a lot of space to put your toiletries, but I love everything about that bathroom. The water pressure is heavenly. The colours, the wood, the blue towels. Loved the bathroom. The loft style of the room is really unique and has that wow factor. A second chair would have been nice on the main level.

We were there on a hot August Saturday night, so we had to choose between noise and being hot. The open window helped, but the bar scene is loud until about 4 am. The ear plugs that are supplied helped. There was also a remote for the blinds in the skylight, but the window had to be closed for them to work and we couldn't get the window to close. See photos. Also, please fix your keyless entry system. We got a physical key (staff is there 4 pm to 10:30 pm), but he never did get it to work on the app on my (German) phone. And the physical key ... I still don't know how to get it to open the room door. My husband got it after a while. Please get the keyless entry and room entry working reliably and we will stay here again.

Staff extremely helpful and welcoming, generous. We felt very at home there The breakfast was delicious but there was no warning that it would be exclusively vegan.

We stayed Friday and Saturday nights and the small cobbled streets were filled with noisy partying crowds, encouraged by extremely loud music from the bars and restaurants, until after 4 am. Shortly after that the cleaners with their road-sweeping vehicles took over.great

Really stylish hotel in a great location. The room is clean and comfortable, there’s a bath , which isn’t a usual thing, full set of toiletries and some other small items, like free water, bed warmer etc. The staff is mega friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and nice, no matter is was strictly vegan.
