Fantastic breakfast with very attentive and friendly staff.Dietary needs fully catered.The full cooked breakfast was delicious. A really modern hotel with stylish and beautiful rooms.

Great location for easy access into Central Glasgow. The room was huge, beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable too! Staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.

Everything! It was beautiful. By far, we have never stayed at such a stunning hotel before. Staff went the extra mile to ensure you were well cared for. Fully stocked mini fridge was a great bonus. Room was spotless and comfortable. Once in your room (we stayed in a Signature Suite) it is a little oasis and you could be anywhere!

I had a wonderful stay at the Dakota hotel in Glasgow. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the restaurant was excellent. Everything was very well organized, including the early morning transfer to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing wedidn’t like about the property however a couple of things that would make it even better. Would expect a greater selection of teas in the room - eg Earl Grey and Peppermint. Great there was an in-room Nespresso machine but there were no decaff capsules which we would have expected. Also on last evening we did not get any housekeeping service/fresh towels despite putting the sign outside our door. However, these are all minor and overall the hotel was outstanding and will definitely return when in Glasgow.

Amazing room. We've been here for a single night before our flight, and it's happened to be a perfect spot to have a good rest before further on up the road. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars are in a short-walking distance too.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was good. I liked the granola and fruit compote and there was a nice selection of the usual breakfast options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location really central.

The were very limited fresh fruit options for breakfast. No hotel gym may be an issue for some.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. They gave me directions and restaurant recommendations, and even offered me an umbrella to use when it was raining. They also lent me a converter so I could charge my computer.

We stayed in one of the Signature Suites and it was worth every penny. Immaculately clean, big comfortable bed, fully stocked coffee bar and complimentary mini fridge. I’m expecting and my husband doesn’t drink so the team very kindly replaced the alcohol with alcohol-free beers and soft drinks for us which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a wonderful room, everything was very clean. Great amenities such as the two bottles of water, cookies and coffee. Additionally great amenities in the bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable and the pillows were great as well. We never heard any noise from outside additionally a thumbs up to the dimmable lighting!

Nothing really. Perhaps the large hill on the walk from Glasgow Queen St station to hotel but nothing the hotel can control. We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed on a room only basis as the hotel is situated close to the city centre. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious with a generous sized bathroom. We arrived early due to the flight time and our room was available. The staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Parking spot outside the hotel could’ve been a little bit better in terms of the barrier, my car was a bit low down and it scraped the bottom and the bumper of my car

I booked an executive room which had great floor space and the layout was really good.. the only disappointment was the complimentary mini bar.. When I opened it it had two bottles of water one can of full strength coke one Diet Coke one can of fever tree tonic.. a semi skimmed milk one small packet of nuts a packet of fruit snacks.. and two bottles of beer.. I don’t drink so I asked to swap them for another two bottles of water.. I didn’t expect a volume of alcoholic drinks but I did expect some other alcoholic option for my wife..

Asked for card on arrival for a £50 deposit, assuming this was for minibar but fridge was empty. Refunded within a few days. Some surface furniture was stained, carpet had stains, and coffee machine was dusty.

The breakfast was not good- really poor quality for a 4star hotel. The avocado with poached eggs with hollandaise was awful- a pile of gloop with lukewarm eggs that made the toast go into a wet mess. Really disappointing breakfast buffet- go out for breakfast and save your money. On a previous stay it had been good, but not on this occasion.

The reception staff provided exceptional restaurant recommendations on a daily basis. Much appreciated
