Very convenient place to stay for a few nights. Close to the train station and street, but still quiet. I like coziness and good design at Puro Hotels

Location location location! Clean! Brilliant sleep! Clean! Staff was super helpful. Unlimited tea/coffee/hot chocolate for guests at the lobby. Will defo go back and stay again. Don’t often write reviews unless they deserve it and this one gets my vote.

If I had to think of something, rooms aren’t big but that didn’t bother us as it was super cosy.

Great location of the hotel. The room was pleasant, the breakfast very good, but not enough space for dining, so we waited for seats to become available.

The bar staff were very lax, I had to lose my drink every time. Saying hello was also a problem, even after our loud greeting. Reception staff could be more friendly.

Very nice hotel. Very close to the train station. Free coffee machine use ! I took full advantage of it. Smart control of lighting. Smart registration where I don't have to write anything by hand. Comfortable bed and everything.

Breakfast price tag is quite high but coffee machine use is free in the hall.

Breakfast was good. Location is perfect. Around 10 minutes walking from the center. Rooms were clean and modern.

It’s a bit smaller than other Puro hotels, but it’s still cute They didn’t have any 14 February theme decorations, etc.

Excellent location . Right in the old town and just across the street from a fabulous shopping mall . Galleria Krakowska . Very safe location.

Very soft pillows in the room . You can ask for firmer pillows which we got , no problem. This is not a complaint though .

There was just a little thing, main room door had a crack on the bottom so I could hear everything that was happening outside on the hallway. This should be fixed to make it soundproof.

Checking in online only having to check in again on arrival. Submitted card details but was not able to charge dinner and drinks to room .

Location is perfect. Less than 10 mn walk to the central station and 15mn walk to the city center. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We loved the avocado toast. The rooms were clean, quiet and the beds very comfortable.

The temperature of the shower would have needed some more degrees. Especially when you come back from a long day outside in the cold you could enjoy a very hot shower. The light in the bathroom/toilet gets on via a sensor however it can be disturbing for the other one sleeping and can wake them up.

Prime location opposite the main train station so very handy for connections to airport. Comfortable room.

Shower room / toilet very compact and only separated from bedroom by glass sliding door.

The hotel is modern, placed on perfect location, on a 5-10 min walk to the old town, it’s very clean, cozy and quiet. The staff is friendly and welcoming and there is a variety of food for breakfast. We had amazing 6 days at Puro Stare Miasto.

Very comfortable, close to both city centre and main railway station and big shopping mall. The breakfast was delicious and there was 24/7 access to coffee / tea machine.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t provide slippers and some amenities (body lotion, hygiene kit was without toothpaste) before the stay.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern with good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, coffee always available - great for bringing a takeout cup when heading out. Location is a short walk from old town and directly beside main station/ shopping centre

Free coffee and tea to pick up 24/7. Breakfast super, omelettes and similar can be ordered with no extra charge and delivered to the table. Very helpful and friendly staff 5 min walk to the old town, railway station to the airport opposite the hotel. Biggest shopping mall of krakow opposite the hotel.

1. Location - very close to the city centre & main station. 2. Super clean room 3. Room was controlled by an ipad which is handy 4. Easy check in (you can complete it prior to arrival and collect just a room card)

1. The size of room - too small, just about enough for 1 person. 2. No wardrobe. 3. The lighting wasn’t that great, there is automatic switch in the bathroom which is very annoying as keeps going off.

The bathroom is a glass box inside the room so there is like 0 privacy. You hear everything which is very uncomfortable. The room is very small we were struggling with place to open the laguage :/

Excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and dinner was great. Avocodo toast and Christmas themed cocktails were the highlight. The rooms are on the smaller side, but cozy and wasn't a problem for us. Comfortable bed and location of the hotel being more important for us. Having stayed in PURO hotels before it remains my favourite chain in Poland. Will visit again.

The room is a bit small, and the bathroom has glass walls, so when one person uses the WC, the light can disturb the other while sleeping.

Excellent location close to both the main station and the Rynek. Clean contemporary rooms that are perfect for short stays.
