Hotel Intercontinental The O2, London

The staff were super friendly from the minute we stepped into the hotel. Our room as well as the whole hotel was nice and clean. The coffee machine and the variety of teas and hot chocolate available in the room is very convenient. The speaker in the bathroom connected to the tv was a nice surprise. Of course the views are amazing.

I wish there was a menu available in the room for the room service, we only had one for breakfast, on the website it states there’s a midnight menu so wish that was in the room without having to chase it up, also with how much you pay for the room & paying for breakfast I wish there weren’t additional £5+12% charge on top of your bill to have it delivered to your room, or at least only have one of them :)

Loved how close to the O2 the hotel was.

The room was spacious and very clean. A real pleasure.

There was a massive queue to get to the lifts after the event at the O2, we wanted to climb to floor 10 by the stairs and have been told stairs can't be used to go up.... Everything else was platinum service.

Next to o2, great option after an event there

Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. Location to O2 is spot on. Hotel spotless throughout. Bar drinks quite expensive but what you would expect for the location. All staff very friendly and helpful. Considering where the hotel is located reasonably good value for money

Everything was faultless. The hotel furnishings, facilities, and staff service were impeccable, and the breakfast was superb. My sister and I went to a concert at the 02 so the location couldn't have been more perfect. I would definitely stay there again. Just wish we had the time to use the spa facilities, but they did look very impressive.

Everything was great and the breakfast was lovely too. Pillows on the bed were too soft!!! Not really a criticism, more an observation.

The staff were so accomadating,friendly and polite in every way nothing was to much trouble for them,from the senior managment to the cleaners they worked as a well trained team,the serving staff in the resurant were brilliant,not much more to say except for brilliant.

There is nothing we did not like it was a FANTASTIC stay.We can not wait untilSeptember whaen we will be staying there again

Really lovely hotel- beautiful room with incredibly comfortable bed and spacious shower. The view is spectacular. I was quite unwell while we were there and staff could not have been more kind and helpful. It was much appreciated. We were there for a concert and the location is fantastic for easy access to the O2. Highly recommend treating yourself to a stay so you don’t have to battle the crowds for the tube afterwards.

Minor complaint but the fancy lighting system is a bit tricky to use and a very simple card with a guide on it would be helpful!

The room was large and spacious the cleanliness in some parts could have been better ie small hairs in the shoer however overall it was very good. Good sized bathroom and room. Hairdryer was only cold setting however it did what it was meant to do.

Amazing property lovely stuff receptionist super helpful and professional. Restaurant Brasserie super good food and staff very friendly.

Spa facilities are great but staff there are a bit sharp with clients. They are really enforcing the children hours and although we were humble and quiet they didn’t want to be flexible.
