the hotel is overall first class, location is perfect, the services and facilities are great and Fritzner on the front desk is a real superstar, nothing is too much trouble for him. without any doubt i will be back.

The were incredibly helpful to us. Chris and Fritzner in particular were brilliant at helping us check in and solve the query we had. They couldn’t do any more for us and made our stay very comfortable.

despite the pronounced unconditional helpfulness by every employee you meet on checking in, I needed help because we checked in with a wrong suitcase we took at the airport. I really needed help by the front office of the hotel. Their answers were : you have to call the airport or the airline, I don't have the number, we don't call an uber for you. In other words : good luck with your problem. So disappointing for a 5 star hotel. For me, as European, it was a real proof of the Amercian artificial customer friendliness : only words but no real help

In our opinion, the Betsy hotel has the best location on Ocean Dr. The room was pleasant, well-lit, and quiet. The staff was great and very professional. Juan, in particular, was very helpful and friendly.

Perhaps you should ban people from playing ball in the pool. That’s the only suggestion I have. Everything else is excellent.

Stylish, beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. Unique layout between (2) buildings so took a day to get the layout down but added to charm. Great art on the walls throughout hotel. Loved the daily evening music in lobby area while enjoying cocktails. Beach set up was nice and quick walk. Hotel restaurant was good, not great but area has lots of options so not an issue.

Amazing hotel! Beautiful interior and great vibe. Staff very friendly. Especially Juan. It feels like a home and you don’t want to leave the hotel at night. Live music in the weekends. Nice pools.

Upstairs is a bit of a maze. All menus are including service, which is nice but it’s seems pricey so you need to know.

This is our third year at The Betsy. We fly in from Chile for the week. The property itself is gorgeous - the design, the artwork and the quirky maze like layout. The food is incredible (plus they have a great gym if you want to work off the calories!). But, it always comes down to the service and staff - impeccable - year after year. We can’t recommend The Betsy Enough - we’ll be back next year!

Exceptional 5* hotel. Booked this for the daily yoga and proximity to the beach. Highly recommend

We had a flight delay which meant we couldn’t make our original booked date, although we didn’t have free cancellation. I messaged customer service to ask if they would change the date to our new arrival night, which they did without question. I have had other hotels simply ignore the request and keep the money so I very much appreciate their customer service. Hotel was also lovely decor and very comfortable, and quiet despite being on ocean drive. Definitely stay again!

Outstanding, with the library, 2 pools, exclusive beach, yoga in the morning, restaurant and a happy hour between 3-6 every day; what else do you need! The location is the best possible.

Stylish Art Deco Hotel in a lovely location on Miami South Beach. Has two lovely pool areas one with great sea and city views. Food in the restaurants was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable and mini bar has a good selection. Live music in the evenings also provides a lovely ambiance. Decor stylish and appropriate.

The hotel is well situated near the beach and restaurants. The rooftop pool is very nice as is the downstairs bar.

Our room, while nicely decorated, had a musty/mildew smell. Perhaps trading out the area rug would help as some of those things capture moisture.

The staff and the vibe at the Betsy were the highlights. The bar/restaurant/lobby were great and the courtyard pool was nice. The room was very big with a full closet, though a small bathroom. Food and drinks were great. Bar staff at the rooftop pool and the bar also amazing.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner and serviced better, and there was some noise from the corridor late at night from other guests

This was my second time staying at the Betsy. The first time was with a friend and the second time was with my family. I loved it both times. I love how close it is to the beach and the rooftop pool. One evening we had dinner at the restaurant and sat outside. The food was delicious and the ambience and people watching was excellent. Will definitely return in the future.

The only part of this trip that wasn’t the best was when we opened the door to our two queen bedroom one of the beds was right by the door and almost hitting the door. This room was probably not intended for two queen beds, but maybe for one king? That was really my only complaint. For this price I would’ve wished that we had a little bit more room around the two beds

Fantastic boutique hotel across from the beach! The staff were exceptional and dealt immediately with any concerns/requests me or any member of my family had during our stay. What a team they put together here. The gym was excellent. The live piano in the lobby was so great to finish off a day with, and the lobby was always inviting and a happy place. I also loved the fresh complimentary coffee at the bar in the morning after my workouts. Great location, great team, we will be back!
