Nice rooms, great bar / restaurant, wonderful breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Shopping bags disappeared from our room. Luckily, there were only old clothes inside. Housekeeping had no idea where the bags went. Couldn't remember. But this shouldn't happen in a hotel like that. Staff and director managed the situation very well. But I didn't get my stuff back :-(

The restaurant and the food were incredible! The room was very comfortable. The staff was very kind enough to upgrade us to presidential suit.

Excellent location, beautiful old palace elegantly and comfortably renovated. Part of the hotel is also charming travel and cooking book store, which also serves as part of the restaurant. We really liked having breakfast there!

The front office staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. When we needed their assistance, they exceeded our expectations. Also, the hotel is ideally located, very clean and the rooms very well equipped with amenities.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has parking, which was very convenient for us. The staff were amazing — from check-in to check-out everyone was smiling, kind, and very helpful, whether at the reception or in the restaurant. Great location to the center Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Before booking this hotel, I had some doubts because after reading the reviews I thought it might not be worth the money. For this reason, I decided not to take a risk and booked only one night. I did not regret it at all. The location is excellent — only a 10–15 minute walk to the Duomo. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated for the New Year, the building itself is very elegant, and the rooms are bright and spacious. The bathroom is large, and everything you might need is provided: a kettle, coffee machine, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, dental kits, a comb, and a sponge. The staff are extremely attentive and very polite. Their attitude towards guests fully соответствует the level expected from a five-star hotel. A special thank you for the wonderful service and care to Adel and Ketiana.

I am so happy to make right choice choosing this hotel , because for me it’s very important ! Classic and modern. The staff team is professional , friendly , very attentive and kind. We booked a big room to inner yard with a big and comfortable bed ! The hotel maintains very high standards of cleanliness. Aqua di parma cosmetics make special Italian vibe ) Tasty breakfast , perfect location ! Sure , next time we back here again )

Everything was great. The staff were very welcoming from the moment you enter the hotel, starting from the reception until you reach your room. The family room is actually bigger than it looks in the photos, specially the dressing room is PERFECT. What I liked the most is that they provide an exclusive charging station for different types of chargers, so guests won’t face any trouble finding or buying extra ones.

Beautiful building inside and outside. Felt like stepping back in time. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Very welcoming staff all round. Nice and cosy bar and restaurant. Plentiful breakfast choice. Staff were very hospitable at breakfast and at the bar. The small and relaxing spa was a bonus. Great location for walking to the Duomo area. Metro a stone throw away.

The breakfast seating was limited with very limited choices to pick from. The noise from the street can be heard clearly.

Decent location but there isn’t that much to do in the immediate surroundings. Beautiful historical building with tall rooms.

Everyone had to wait one hour for breakfast- it wasn’t even lack of staff, they were just poorly organised.
