Beautiful

Valet was a little chaotic and confusing wasn’t clear that I didn’t have to use valet- thought I did. Then was charged a higher rate than I thought I was going to be charged.

Location, style, crew

Limited parking options Surprised that there was a $100 (security?) deposit! What, having my credit card isn’t enough? I’m not a frequent traveler. Is this common?

Restaurant is pretty pricey but the food is great

We ate breakfast and dinner there, and both were very tasty.

Been staying there for over ten years however they just got bought out. Need to update a bit.

Staff were great, clean and tidy, brilliant food and fast service. Will stay again! The beer garden is great!

This hotel has the sexiest vide ever. The whole place place just makes you fell like you never want to leave.

Theme hotel done to perfection! It’s beautifully designed.

Cool vibe. Good location for walking to Third Ward. Rooms are spacious. Comfortable beds.

Room was beautiful and furnishings were high end. Loved the laid back vibe, but still had an upscale feeling.

Parking was not included in the cost of the reservation.

We were visiting the Harley Davidson Museum, and this was the closest hotel. We loved the theme and the band that was playing. The entertainment was great.

There wasn’t much to choose from as far as the menu goes. Only a Smashburger and a fried chicken sandwich, that’s it.

The unique atmosphere, beautiful interiors, and truly welcoming staff made the stay special.

Dog friendly, unique hotel

Parking was difficult to find, hotel parking was$40 seems too much. Body soap was totally empty.

I love the whole vibe of this hotel! It offers everything from fun to total relaxation!

The restaurant staff was a bit light, they were setting up for the Kentucky Derby party to be held later that afternoon.

Service was a bit slow and not very attentive

The VIBE was AMAZING! Intriguing art, leather furniture that was inviting you to sit down and put your feet up and had a smell that made me wonder where it was coming from and where can I buy it.

My little bottle of lotion in the bathroom was used.

Great breakfast, great hotel

Parking fee was outrageous. Poorly stocked bar...no Irish whiskey! Music playing in the hotel was horrible, sounded like disco. Totally inappropriate for clientele at a hotel catering to bikers.

The interior was gorgeous. Loved all of the art work. We also enjoyed the outdoor bar and garden area. Parking was convenient too. We also loved the location, an easy walk to summerfest.

Their computers were glitching both for check in and out, making the process take longer.

one manager was extremely rude and when confronted with my feelings about and exchange between us she doubled down to tell me how wrong I was. I did not let one manager ruin the the experience I had there with all of the other people that worked there.

The staff were excellent! They went out of their way to be very accommodating. Rooms were very cool!

The lighting in the room only worked half of the time.

It wasn't located near a lot.

Location was easy to find. Fast Uber ride to other activities. Walking distance to the distillery. The bartenders at Branded are great. Center lounge area was comfortable and had interesting architecture. Chef’s table at Ash was fun and highly recommended.

Thought room was a little worn compared to other stays . The bed was messy as if someone was sitting or laying on it . Only issue with this stay

Beautiful location and even more beautiful set up. Everything was how we hoped and more. This was a perfect location for our girls weekend as it was super close to wonderful restaurants and neighborhoods.

Though the drinks and some food was good, our dinner in the bar was a little underwhelming.

Great hotel, in perfect location for exploring the city and also the Harley museum and shop.

Everything was great, we arrived a few hours early and our room was ready though hotel wanted an extra payment to allow access before the checkin time. So we just went out and came back..

Motorcycle parking

Great hotel. Good service. Beautiful decoration. Love the spacious room and the very comfortable and nice shower.

Location is a little away from downtown to go for a walk. Not many restaurants or bars by it.

The lighting in the bathroom is too dim I understand the dim lighting for mood but women need a bright light to put on makeup. Also you need a long length mirror in the entry of the room again with more light to see what you are wearing. I know showers are important but I still miss a bathtub.

The hotel itself, the rooms, the vibe, and decor were so unique and wonderful! Shower was AMAZING! Staff were so friendly. The onsite restaurant for breakfast and dinner was good. Close to the Harley Museum.

The parking. We trailered our Harley and there wasn’t really any good place to park. Kind of expensive for parking in lot near hotel.

The location was a bit away from where we spent our time, but we were able to walk there.

I arrived 2 hrs before check in, (3pm) i ask if we could check in? Yes you can, but it 25.00 to check in early!!! The room was available, but they still charged us 25.00 never , ever seen that happen before....anywhere.

Staff were great. Location is good - walk to HD Museum, Hank Aaron trail, food truck park. Great bakery down the road & incredible Mexican restaurant across the round-about. Nice landscaping & grounds at the hotel.

The atmosphere is stunning. Harley/USA themed and very well kept. Facilities very clean.

The cost is a too high for what the property offers and compared to other hotels in the area. Housekeeping is offered only upon request and not every day.
