The (VERY) strict timing on Breakfast with everything cleared away at exactly 10.30 am despite the breakfast area being full of guests!

They were very attentive. Someone was always there if I had any questions. Anything I asked to be brought to my room was done very quickly. As my luggage was delayed, they provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and extra items to help cover the items I didn't have. Very clean. comfortable, and great location.

The water pressure on the main shower head could've been better. The other hand-held shower head was great, but I think people would like to have the overhead shower to have more pressure.

The hotel was great, but what brought it home was the amazing staff. Our flight was cancelled due to terrible weather so we had to make another booking in another name, and they were very nice enough to keep us in the same room that they had already (generously) upgraded us to. Shout out to all the staff, in particular to Connor, for being so accommodating.

A minor thing: their amenities like body wash, shampoo and conditioner, came in tiny containers that they replenish day by day. Would have been better to just be in a big dispenser.

Excellente place to stay with dog also! Super near of the centre des congrès!

the location it's really great because you have a metro station near, as well as other small stores and restaurants (5 min walk at least). The room was really comfy and it was always clean. The staff it's really nice and polite. If I return to Montreal, I'd love to stay again with them.

There's only a 600 dolar retention that I was asked to pay at the beginning. When I checked out, a few days later they return the money to my account without any issue :) I'd have loved that someone explained this to me before I arrived.. Other than that, everything was clear and it did meet my expectations.

Super clean and pretty room/hotel. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Fantastic location for all Montreal activities - downtown, Old Montreal, Vieux Port, Mont Royal, theatre district, etc. Very comfortable 4-star hotel with an excellent gym

Everything was fine

I came her for my girlfriend’s birthday and they helped me decorate the room and threw in free sweets and a card. The room we had was absolutely incredible , had the most amazing view of the city. Staff were super nice and the breakfast was 10/10. Will definitely be coming here again.

The room was excellent, very comfy bed, spacious and pretty luxurious bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and available until noon on the weekends which is great. The staff were all very nice, gave us a room with a view that we requested and were super helpful.

Comfortable bed, nice shower, beautiful view. We didn't take a breakfast at the hotel because there are plenty nice places around.

Don't take small room. It's really tiny and the sink is near entrance. Also, it was no flipflops that is very inconvenient during winter if you don't want to soil room's floor.

Great location, just a 5 min walk from Airport bus drop off, or 10 min from train station. Friendly staff, clean tidy room and hotel. Nice breakfast.

The room got kinda hot at night. Maybe the AC wasn’t working.

It’s very clean; has unpretentious and gracious interior design and furniture; has a central location within walking distance to Chinatown, the Christmas Market at Grand Marché de Noël de Montréal, Old Montréal, St Catherine Street, and a few metro stations; large bright windows; spacious shower room.

Bed and pillows were a bit too soft. It was hard to sleep the first night not adjusted to the softness. But that was a minor issue compared with the everything else I liked.

Great modern interior design with comfort. Bathroom was nice. TV was modern and smart. Very comfortable bed. Great location between old and new Montreal.

Location is central to many tourist attractions, shopping and metro.

I found the room a bit smaller than I would have expected and the available shelving / closets were hard to utilize - I also don’t like having the bathroom sink in the middle of the room.

The hotel is conveniently located to both the touristy attraction and the congress center. The building is nice and rooms are comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was a little bit monotonous with exact same options every day. I personally didn't like the pillows and would have preferred different pillows in the room.

The hotel is located in the city center, in a zone that is very good and close to the main tourist atractions. The room was perfect, it was an amazing stay. 100% would recommend it to everyone that goes to Montreal!

If I’m nitpicking, breakfast was good but not great. The eggs were overcooked.

Location of hotel was great. Walked to dinner 1 night and close to Old Montreal and Metro lines.Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Liked the 2TV's and that "desk" setup.

Would have liked a drawer by the beds or under ,desk,workspace area and hooks in bathroom to hang a robe or nightgown and a few of the towels. Bathroom was small and I would have liked a magnifying mirror to put on my makeup. Online and on tv screen showed a breakfast menu that u didn't have. They were only serving a buffet daily. Just wanted a light breakfast and had to leave a couple of the days.
