Falkensteiner Boutique Hotel, Prague

This is my second time staying at the Falkensteiner, the location is perfect, staff are friendly and the gym is stellar.

we had a lovely big corner room with windows overlooking the street. The staff were very welcoming and the waitressing staff at breakfast were exceptional.

The staff ! Jan was so welcoming on our arrival with a fantastic sense of humour and the same can be said for Adam . Nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding service from Kate in the bar on both occasions that she looked after us. Spotless rooms with fabulous beds and pillows . Amazing walk in shower . Delicious breakfast with everything you could think of. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The room is good, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is welcoming and eager to help with anything needed. The hotel's location is excellent and allows for a relatively short walk to most attractions, entertainment centers and shopping. The breakfast is very rich and varied, allowing every diner to choose what they like.

The hotel's definition as a spa hotel is a bit expansive given the facilities it had, which included a gym and sauna.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the Old Town and all the main attractions. Particularly noteworthy is the well-maintained, clean, and spacious gym and saunas — a major highlight and big advantage for this property. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and very accommodating. The on-site Monkey Bar is a fantastic addition, offering delicious food and drinks in a lively, enjoyable atmosphere.

Some of the services like scented pillows were not available yet advertised.

We loved everything! Impeccable rooms and common spaces, fantastic decoration, little treats in the lobby, best hotel gym we've seen! Location is great too.

The ONLY thing that was not to our liking is a bit too much perfume in the lobby and in the bedrooms.

We liked the style of the hotel, the cleanliness and the athmosphere.

They could have more staff at their bar during the night, we went there a few times and there was always some wait to get service.

The breakfast was incredible and the location is perfect for walking all the major sites.

We had a very small room. The room could have been cleaned a bit better as the landline phone was filthy and there were vitamins left from previous guest.

Great location ! Perfect room ! We enjoyed the spa and the hot wine in the lobby . The breakfast was great ! Its my 2nd time in the hotel and i will surely visit again .

We stayed at the Falkensteiner Hotel in Prague from December 20th to 22nd as a couple, and our experience was absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, the welcome was excellent: the staff was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. With a small extra fee, we were able to enjoy both early check-in and late check-out, and on top of that we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a higher-category room. The room was exceptionally spacious, modern, elegant, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa area, which includes a sauna, steam bath, relaxation zone, and a herbal tea corner. It was the perfect way to unwind after long walks through the cold, charming streets of Prague. The entire hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with festive details and stylish decorations inspired by the hotel’s bar theme. Speaking of which, we truly enjoyed the Monkey Bar, where we had the pleasure of tasting some creative, visually stunning, and delicious cocktails. Breakfast was simply fantastic: a refined and varied buffet combined with à la minute hot dishes of exceptional quality. I absolutely loved the scrambled eggs with truffle and parmesan — truly unforgettable. Overall, this was an amazing and memorable experience. If we ever return to Prague, we would definitely choose the Falkensteiner again without hesitation.

Booking on their own site is a pain so I had to do via booking com. They should have an easier process for returning guests

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to help. I loved the ginger shots in the morning. Each person was so kind and welcoming and made it feel like it was a home away from experience. Best espresso martini ever! At night I loved the fireplace in the room that they would turn on. It made the room very cozy.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and exceptional service. The staff was so welcoming and went out of their way to customize everything exactly how we asked.

The Hotel was amazing, with very comfy atmosphere&decor and clean. Great location and a few steps from Prague Main Station and express airport bus. Highly recommend !

Beautiful hotel. Upon entry they have free mulled wine and cookies that you're welcome to all day. Rooms are large and comfortable. The sauna is top notch too with a steam room and a finske ~ 210F room. With tea and relaxation areas. Huge gym. 5 min walk to Subway and 15 to Old Town Astrological clock

Perfect room and excellent service

The location is great, short walking distance to the metro station, the main square and many restaurants and coffee shops. The room was very quiet, we did not hear any sounds from the street or the hotel bar. The room was well designed, it was comfortable. Everything in the room was in new condition.

Everything was perfect, stuff was very kind and approachable. Room very clean and bed was just perfect. You don't want to get out from it 😄.

Nothing I didn't like

Location was great for us. We needed to catch the train on departure, just across the road. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was nice too.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent water pressure in the bathroom, good choices for breakfast. Good heating. Windows that opened to let fresh air in! Greay colour palettes in the rooms. Very chic.

Small size towels, strange way of making bed with the end not tucked in. When an event took over the bar and dining room, paying guests were put in a small and uncomfortable corner to dine in and given an absurdly limited choice from the menu. The large TV was available to miracast with Android only. I'm an Apple user. Breakfast food orders were routinely wrong, several times in a row, reflecting poor training.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Falkensteiner Hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, and the workout facilities are excellent. The overall atmosphere is very unique, peaceful, and relaxing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We had a perfect weekend overall.

A hotel designed to a high standard. Especially for fans of design and attention to detail. A boutique hotel with beautiful rooms. We took a large room and recommend adding - it's really worth it. The spa is amazing, the breakfast is luxurious and healthy. Highly recommend.
