Everything about it is 5 star down to the staff. One poor thing is the price of the drinks is ridiculous but suppose you don’t expect the Hilton to be cheap

Beautiful views, an outstanding breakfast and truly exceptional service. We also received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise and made the stay even more special.

The only minor downside, which is not the hotel’s fault, was that the indoor pool was not accessible for my 7-year-old daughter. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Location, own boat to Venice, staff, roof top bar, although cocktails very expensive. Executive lounge good little option, make sure you ask about it on check-in.

Hotel was amazing! We booked a standard kind size room, and the hotel upgraded us to a junior suite! As we were celebrating 10 years! They left us champagne & chocolate strawberries too! It was beautiful could not fault them, highly recommend this hotel it is stunning with beautiful views and absolutely spotless clean!

Nothing everything was great

It's a good looking 5 star with all the stuff you'd expect to see. Good food, drink, cocktails, service, lots of good touches and they've made an effort to bring a bit of Venice inside so you know you're in Venice when you're inside. Based on our room which was very nice. I love Hilton beds. They're so comfortable. There's a hotel shuttle boat service to St Mark's square which only takes 5 minutes and it's pretty frequent. If you're delayed past midnight so you can't make it back using the hotel boat, you can take the public or a taxi boat. Reception staff are exceptional and gave us a really warm welcome. Cleaning staff also excellent. The rooftop bar had great service. Luggage guy was great which is a small touch but it gave us a good, final 'ciao' to our stay. Breakfast is absolutely massive and good. Food's generally very good and I really liked the cocktails.

There isn't anything which was particularly bad but a few things which could be better. I can see how the rooftop bar would be amazing in summer but in winter it's just a bit dull and we didn't really want to return even though the service was good. Concierge could have given more options. We needed a bit more information about Venice and it was easier just to Google than ask. Maybe have some info at reception. Comms about getting to the hotel were nonexistent. We sort of figured it out but comms in their welcome email would've saved us a load of time trying to figure it out. Service is OK, a bit hit and miss but could be good. Nothing that would particularly put us off from returning.

Love loved the breakfast buffet! So much to eat! I gained 10ln just looking at the variety of food. Very impressed. The service was also great!!!

It was to far from the grand canal, where we loved to go back to again and again. But they did have free water transportation boats back to the main attractions. Then we just walked to the grand canal 10 minute walk. It’s a beautiful walk, walked through all the and tourist shops and juice and cafes shops. P. S we stayed on the grand canal for 2 days prior to Hilton

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at this hotel! The variety was impressive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully offering all the amenities I needed for confortable stay. Though a little far from the city center, the complimentary boat service made getting around easy and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend. I can’t wait to return!

The room was excellent, very comfortable, with a beautiful layout and an exceptional bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding, truly one of the highlights of the stay. The only downside for me was the location logistics: having to rely on the hotel boat at specific times to cross to Venice reduces the sense of independence, unless you choose a water taxi, which comes at an additional cost and makes spontaneous visits to the historic center more difficult.

Logistics of getting too and from the hotel on the hotel shuttle or other forms of transport can be a bit annoying but thats really not that big of a deal if you plan ahead.

Perfect location, shuttle from and to the hotel, equipped with all facilities (spa, bars and restaurants, very nice lobby area), polite and discreet staff.

A wonderful stay! Thank you very much to your staff who also made a fantastic surprise at our arrival as this trip was a very special occasion for us :)

It’s a bit out of the way from the airport . Once you are there it’s a short hop to San Marco.

Didn't get a very nice view, but overall is Hilton, so it can't go wrong. If it's your first time in Venice, this is a good place to stay. Restaurant next to the hotel is cheaper than the ones in the centre of the city.

The restaurant/lounge was very expensive. My sister had a plain salad and soup, no beverage. Her cost was $68 Euros. That’s incredibly expensive.

This is a fantastic hotel with an exceptional team. We loved the location on the smaller island opposite Venice. The hotel has its own frequent shuttle service that is fun in itself. The island is a lot quieter than Venice itself and it is great to walk around in comfort. I would definitely stay there again next time in Venice

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was excellent with lot of variety. The location is little away from the main island and the only mode of transport is by ferry. The hotel has its own arrangements for ferry to and from the main island. However, the ferry service of the hotel is not to a point where the cars and trans terminate on main island. One has to use ferry service from that point to hotel and on return at his own cost. This costs around EUR 75 one way. The hotel helps in getting the ferry from the hotel.

This holiday was for our 25th Wedding anniversary, last minute booking as we checked out of previous hotel earlier than expected at Lake Como. Venice was a last minute destination, we had the most amazing time and the staff bent over backwards to make our 25th truly memorable. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night!! The breakfast has a huge amount of choice, we stayed in two rooms, our first was on the 7th floor with views of the canal, the extra night room was on the second floor an executive room, both rooms where beautiful and we loved them both. The hotel is clean, modern, I would not hesitate to recommend and I can be quite fussy!!

The property was a bit out of the way if iys Venice you are looking to explore, it’s a 15 minute boat to the main extraction area and it’s pretty much an hourly boat however this is provided by the hotel at a fee of 15 euro per person! It is also the second last stop on public transport boat which means it is a one hour and forty minute boat from the airport to get to the hotel. The drinks are in my opinion extremely over priced

Plenty of choice at breakfast . Friendly helpful staff. Fabulous hotel . Loved the complementary room upgrade and bottle of fizz and chocolates (waiting in our room) for our wedding anniversary . The hotels water taxi ( one off fee of 15 euros for duration of stay) over to Venice is frequent and on time which makes sightseeing easy.

Excellent location, good shuttle to St Marks Square. Nice public areas, skillful conversion of old building. Rooftop swimming pool would be fantastic in summer (but closed in autumn). Nice view from room.

This hotel is absolutely incredible, it captures the charm and style of Venice while being a completely new property. Our room was amazing, spacious, and very comfortable. Unlike many European hotels, here you’ll find all the services and amenities you’d expect from an international chain, which makes a huge difference. Another highlight is their private boat transfer service, available exclusively for guests at a very reasonable price. Everything is perfectly organized, so you don’t need to worry about getting around Venice. Without a doubt, it’s worth booking this service.

Sometimes it’s easy to get lost in the hallways when trying to find your room, as the hotel has many connecting corridors.
