Couldn’t work out the air con properly so we had to open the balcony door… preferred the fresh air to be honest

We liked everything about this apartment! The staff were fantastic. Welcoming, friendly & very helpful. Check in after parking was easy & efficient. We really liked that parking was on-site & included in the tariff. The location was perfect for our needs. An easy walk to trams, a supermarket, cafes & restaurants. The apartment was thoughfully arranged with everything needed for self catering. Ours was 2 bedroom w ensuite to main & additional bathroom. The combined kitchen, dining, lounge area was spacious. We even had a balcony overlooking the bustling main road. The bedroom wasn't overly big, but didn't feel cramped. The bed was comfy. Air-conditioning worked well. Even though we were in the heart of Fitzroy, we didn't hear any noises, from traffic or other guests.

Fantastic location, huge 2 bedroom apartment. The staff were cheerful and there is a supermarket just next door. Everything was clean and the kitchen has all the things you would want in a serviced apartment.

The shower in the ensuite leaked on to the floor quite a lot, but everything else was great.

Everything was excellent. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was easily one of the best in this price range. The apartment was very spacious, the shower and bath were great, the kitchen was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. What really stood out was that everything was good quality and actually worked properly, which has been rare in my past experiences.

Honestly, very little. If I had to be picky, the Wi-Fi could be a bit better, and having a smart TV would make it even better. But these are very minor points and did not affect my stay.

Loved the location. Close to supermarket, restaurants, cafes. The room was clean and everything we needed.

Never wanted to leave and made this quite clear to the staff there :) - checking out was sad! One of the best locations in Melbourne - you're between so many amazing neighbourhoods, swimming pools, cinemas, bars, live music and walkable to the city (20 or so mins). The staff are wonderful - always delivering, funny, sweet and kind. Thanks for delivering on my special requests. Kitchen has everything, powerful good showers etc

Well, as explained, checking out LOL - the bed wasn't perfect + made need a new mattress, but that’s about it guys! See you in Oz Summer :).

Very spacious with everything you need for a family stay. Super clean with two bathrooms and comfortable beds. The parking spot in Fitzroy is such a bonus! The staff was extremely helpful and polite. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Fabulous location - surrounded by amazing cafes and restaurants. Easy tram ride in to city. Beds are so comfortable. 2 bed apartment on 2nd floor was quiet and large.

The location was good with lots of cafes/restaurants/pubs within easy walking distance. You can walk to the "G" (or the CBD) in a little over half an hour if your keen, and if not there's a tram a short walk away. Parking was easy.

The apartment was spacious, clean and came fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Staff were very accommodating, by providing an extra bed for us at the last minute. The location was fantastic.

The only thing we didn't like, was having to go home!!

Right in the heart of the action, but still whisper quiet. Apartments are spacious and have beautiful views of the city skyline.

Floor lamps in the living room would be handy to avoid having to have the downlights on in the evening.

Great location for bars, restaurants and transport to city. Having free parking was a big advantage. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay at this property. I really cannot compliment the location enough. It is so perfect for the things I want to do and see when I am in the area. The room was nice and spacious. Great facilities with the kitchenette, dining table, lounge and terrace. Bed was super comfy. The staff are very kind and approachable. I definitely want to stay here again when I’m back in Fitzroy.

Only 2 small things, that the bathroom bin wasn’t emptied from the previous guest and that I couldn’t see the sky out the window due to the wall next to the terrace. But I still so thankful to have the terrace space in general and the fresh air.
