Excellent location close to subway station. Comfortable and well appointed room. Very friendly and efficient staff with good communication in English.

The early morning noise from protestors on a megaphone directly by the hotel. Started at 7.30am and lasted for at least an hour. Windows not soundproof. No mention of the noise disturbance on hotel website or booking site. Premium room windows directly face a high rise office block therefore privacy reduced unless privacy blinds used. The lobby space is very small with insufficient comfortable chairs for the number of guests wishing to use.

I had an incredible stay at the Four Seasons Seoul. The location is amazing close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. The staff are extremely kind and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure every detail is perfect. The room itself was very spacious, beautifully designed, and comfortable. I especially loved the turndown service, where they left cute eye masks that made the experience even more thoughtful and personal. The service throughout my stay was flawless, everyone was so helpful and welcoming.

Honestly, I can’t think of a single negative point. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

Just exceptional in every way. The staff could not be more helpful.

Generally everything was perfect from food to extra activities like gym and swimming pool. What impressed me was the possibility to book sightseeing trip, or guided tour around the city

Some awkward layout for the rooms, not enough closet space or drawers. Awkward restaurant reservation making process and room service ordering on line using room iPad needs to be improved or completely changed. Buttom line; Needs better IT dept.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were amazing!

What can I say? It’s the four seasons. We booked to reward ourselves at the tail end of a S Korea trip. Everything from the service, to the clean rooms, the glorious shower and bathtub, and comfy beds, it was all impeccable!! A little of a splurge but absolutely no regrets. Also very centrally located, and short walk to the subway station.

Helpfulness of staff - especially Nami who displayed incredible customer service in walking my wife and I around the corner to locate the correct charging device for our phone. Outstanding service.

7 emails leading up to my stay expressing how much the hotel was looking forward to our stay. There is no personal touch in such emails - ‘we can’t wait for you to join us’ etc is so false. Suggest you restrict to one or two max?

Absolutely perfect! Epic view from the room and great amenities. The swimming pool is really nice (provide swimming caps and goggles!). The staff was incredible as well. The concierge even helped us to book a last minute train ticket to busan. Perfect stay and staff!

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and son. Everything was wonderful. Unfortunately, our 11-year-old son caught a severe cold. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. A kind young lady from the reception accompanied us to the pharmacy and helped us get the necessary medication. Additionally, the hotel provided free transportation so we could visit a doctor. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about us. We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again to the Four Seasons hotel and its amazing team.

The reception is very respectful. The room was clean, tidy and convenient. Big wardrobe in the room. All dishes in the room were clean. Great system of in-room dining where you make order via an iPad installed in the room. Also very quick. All meals are very delicious. The location is also very nice. Please keep up the great work!

At the reception during the check-in procedure they ask for a CREDIT card. For some reason the debit card is not good enough. I am not obliged to own a credit card.

We loved everything—absolutely everything was impeccable, from the friendliness of the entire staff to the hotel’s structure and organization. Our rooms were spotless, the food was amazing, and the spa was incredible!

Hotel was great. Spacious family room. Staff were lovely (especially Eunsol in the breakfast restaurant who made us feel very welcome). Will definitely stay again. Locations was convenient for the palaces and it was an easy walk to Myeondong.

The protests full of crazy idiots outside ruining our spa day. It's not the hotels fault, obviously. The therapists at the spa are incredible, though. Highly recommend.

Nothing. Not much to complain about. Hotel gets pretty busy, but they are well staffed so you are never waiting. The gym is big, but perhaps in the changing room and spa area it can feel a little busy for something that is meant to feel relaxing

The breakfast was perfect, lots of choices, staff well trained dedicated. The concierge team was 10/10, helped me on any requests without saying “No” to anything eventhough I knew some requests were not due them they assisted me perfectly. I was very happy about the stay one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

Excellent room, spacious, very well decorated, very nice view from the 22nd floor, well equipped, luxurious bathtab and shower, double washbasins, well isolated. The common spaces of the hotel are very well decorated, including the bars and restaus. The buffet breakfast is very rich and delicious. The staff is very professional and effective. The location is great close to the royal palace, the museum of modern art and a metro station. Nice small restaus around. An excellent hotel.

Every thing was perfect. The location, the design of the building, the kind and welcoming staff. And that breakfast was THE BEST I have ever had. If you are staying there please make sure you try it.

I liked everything.

The room was spacious, the interior well thought out, the bathroom, shower & toilet were laid out smartly and the Diptique toiletries were a nice touch. I like how the small details like the floor mat stays in place when you open the shower door, the flush is automatic when you stand up and the amenities are sustainably crafted. The eye masks were a welcome & unexpected treat! The food in the restaurants we tried were very good and the service of the staff from the front desk to the concierge to the food outlets were exceptional. And the fitness center was just WOW!

The lobby area is rather small so it can get quite busy and loud at times although this does not take away from our overall top notch experience.
