Motel One, Glasgow

staff were amazing. I needed a low floor - they organised this . Then i found the room noisy - they moved me - with a smile . it made my trip very enjoyable and their good custommer face made them stand out - well done . Breakfast was varied and plentiful - would go back and recommend this hotel

No writing table in the room, just coffee tables which are too low to sit and type on

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a wee easter egg hunt in our room on arrival. Loved that ❤️ Perfectly located. Hotel is very modern

I was genuinely surprised at how good the place was for the money. Great location next to Central Station. I had a very late arrival but staff were accommodating and reception was staffed when I arrived. Room was clean with good facilities. Great value for money.

Outside location was a bit roudy late at night - but that’s a minor issue.

Housekeeping didn’t visit once which was a little frustrating but wasn’t a disaster.

Bed was comfy and bright with a good bathroom.

Breakfast was hit or miss. Coffee machines out of order as the milk ran out. Very busy and very small dining area. Reasonable continental selection.

The sink was slow to drain. Lots of water build up. The toilet flushed so hard water would come out even with the half flush. Neighborhood is not safe from evening into night.

We had daily cleaning of the room, the bed was comfortable, nice view from the windows and friendly staff! The location is convenient in the center.

Loved the edition of a small Easter egg hunt in the room - it was that time of the year! Massive shout out to Nicole on reception who was so helpful and friendly. Location is incredible and makes the city (and the East end) really accessible on foot.

The rooms are smaller but that’s reflected on the price.

You get what you pay for, so no water bottles or extra amenities, and it can be noisy with piping and flushing sounds and people banging doors shut in the hallway which causes a rattle but not enough to wake you up.
