No problems with this hotel, great location close to Jalan Alor, “ interesting” neighbourhood, lots of laundries, cafes etc, great views of the skyline.

Location was very central to amenities. Staff were very helpful and kind

MOV's position in Bukit Bintang is great - right close to Jalan Alor (eat street). Comfortable bed, lots of hot water. Amazing staff. Good value for money

Somewhere to hang towels to dry so we can re-use them would be good.

Stayed in the MOV hotel many times, this is the first time in a room with no window. After a 13 hour flight, 30 hours door to door we found jet lag more of an issue with no natural light

In the heart of Bukit Bintang. Loads of places to eat from budget to higher end. Also the many outdoor dining options on Jalan Alor. Shopping galore with malls nearby. 24 hour laundry across the street. And to cool off a rooftop pool and shaded terrace.

Hotel is a good location. Pool area is nice.

The room was tight on space. The lifts were very slow at times. There were no towels for the pool provided in the room or on the rooftop.

We stayed at this hotel for a short time, mainly as a base while exploring the city, and it was perfect for that purpose. The location is excellent and very convenient, allowing us to move around easily. The room was clean and well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a practical and well-located hotel.

The insistence in check in for 200RM deposit. I didn’t have the cash and they wouldn’t take credit card. I was made to go to the cashpoint (which wasn’t working for my card). In the end they took debit card details but when you are tired from a long journey it’s the last thing you need. They were very polite about it but it felt like a horrible welcome.

Rooftop pool is lovely. Location is excellent. Great area for food and foot/body massage.

Very loud music all day/night in Lobby and by pool. Music on repeat SO loud there was no peace and quiet. Only one power-point in room...... need at least 2 power points: one by each side of bed. Had to buy electric power cord to stretch under the bed to the other side so both of us had power for our laptops. Towels for pool had to be picked up from reception and asked for return to reception. Towels should be available by pool and returned to "used towel bin" by the pool. Very annoying to go to reception every time we wanted a swim and get towels. This felt kinda cheap.

Location was great, easy to walk to a lot of places and the closest public transport is easily accessible. Roof terrace area was nice although it rained whilst we were there so no chance to properly use. Room was comfortable and got a very good nights sleep both nights there. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing much to complain about except not having a plug socket on each side of the bed is criminal nowadays!

It was cleaned and in a good location of Bukit Bintang. Easy to walk places and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped.

The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything. Windows were not very soundproof either so all resin and shooting was easily heard. Someone was definitely smoking cannabis as well because the hallway smelt of it for 2 days.

The location of the hotel is very strategic and within walking distance of the main attractions.

There's no parking available at the hotel but there's open parking available around ±2km from the hotel (with fees).

The MOV hotel is super efficient and modern - we only stayed the one night but it was absolutely fine - clean and comfortable. Decent value as well.

We've stayed in the Bukit Bintang area a few times over the years, and always enjoyed it. I'd say that it's not as enjoyable as it was - more bars and working girls on the streets. Still a great area to get food, though.

Great location, right in the center. Ideal for exploring the city! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy.

There was a very musty smell in the room, even though it was clean and tidy. My stay was for one night, so I didn’t mention it.

Good location, just choose a room away from the main road though. Good sized room with very comfortable beds and good daily cleaning/tidying room service. Excellent staff at both the reception and the cleaning crew. Great plum/lemon drink daily at the reception and it's free. Try out the giant slide, it's great fun for adults.

Only drawback is the noisy air con in our room but we were just too tired to care at night

Location was convenient to get to, it was 5-min walking distance from Bukit Bintang MRT station and the Bukit Bintang city center. Lots of convenience stores, shops and malls nearby. I was worried that the area might be noisy at night, but it was quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable enough for a solo traveler.

The area around the hotel is quite run down and unclean, and I had to walk through some rubbish-strewn alleyways to get to the hotel itself. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean.

The location is great, just outside the hustle of the main street. The rooms are very clean and offer a beautiful view.

The shower is a little smaller than expected.

Location - near the train station and there are plenty of food options.

The room design was excellent, but the maintenance standards were lacking. There was mold in some corners, and the towels, in addition to being thin, had small stains.
