Convenient to the promenade and other things we wanted to see. Big comfy pillows.

Room 2158, District 3 The A/C unit woke me up every time it turned on - it sounded like an airplane taking off right next to my head. The room was much smaller than a “standard” room, but served its purpose. 😴 Our window was directly facing the parking garage, so it was a bit noisy at times.

Unfortunately we did not use the pool due to a tight schedule. The room was clean, there was a small safe, the bed was comfortable and there were nice pillows. An ironing board and blow drier were provided as well. We also chose a more simple room with no fridge or microwave and did fine with that. The location was in good proximity to the Sphere (about a twenty minute walk)

The guy at the guest assistance was extremely rude and didnt want to help with anything. I had my name switched on the booking and he made a scene about it and asked to fix it and then we can have our room. later i went yo the front desk and she simply handed me the room key without even mentioning about the name

Enjoyed breakfast at the promenade. Maxies was delicious. Would definitely go back.

Initially I was located in 2nd floor next to a noisy escalator. They did change the room but is to my surprise how a 4 star hotel wouldn't think of fixing the squeezing noise before putting a guest .

Check-in process was easy; appreciated the bag drop area. Liked the "Laurel" assistant - easy to text for whatever was needed. Room was quiet.

There was an awful sewage smell that was concentrated in the rideshare area and garage, but also penetrated the casino area at times. There was no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room; thankfully we did get a fridge, but could not get a coffee maker ("room doesn't come with one"). Mattresses need to be rotated; mine had a significant depression on one side.

Cleanliness of the outdoor area. It’s a little older and so the outside could just use some fresh deep cleaning. And our sink drain needed to be cleaned out. It filled up with black stinky water and then drained slowly.

The smell, construction, and no help

The location is amazing in the heart of Strip.

Smell of the sewer hits hard while riding to the main entrance or ride share area. Some of the staff were very friendly but some other were not helpful at all. I checked in pretty late at night and didn’t realize that hotel assigned an accessibility room for me without telling us that they are doing so. I believe the type of the room being assigned should be disclosed to guests. Next day I asked for a room change but this hotel with so many rooms couldn’t move us and kept us in the same room for another day.

It was close to restaurants and good city vibes.

The hallway was too dark. Our room was very far from the elevator.

The location of my room faced a rooftop and when I inquired about getting a better view I was told it would be $15 more per night.

Endless walking to our building and we upgraded for a view that was not really worth it. It smelled like cigarette so badly.

It’s in the middle of all the activity of the stripe.

When you walk in from the garage parking, it’s not very clear where you go to check in. It took a while to find the registration desk which is also far from the elevators to the rooms. There was also a very foul order in the hotel. Like a musty smell that was terrible.

The room had enough space for me and even extra space. I had a great view of the pool. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is centrally located.

I wasn't a fan of the smoking allowed in certain open locations in the casino.

Loved the proximity to the strip and the options on the promenade. The valet staff and bell hops were so helpful and kind. Made us feel welcome and safe.

Great location, plenty of dining and entertainment available in the hotel itself.

The whole tower we were in had an unpleasant smell. Slightly like sulfur.

The shower is the worst. The shower curtain doesn't keep the water from going on the floor. The shower head isn't user friendly.

The location was great and the property was clean.

There was no hot water for the shower or sink. We upgraded to a suite which had a pool view. The music at the pool was so loud we could hear in our room.
