The staff is extremely friendly, professional and well trained. The whole property is well maintained and cared for. The pool area is very large and even when it was busy there was always room to find a chair. I really liked how many options there were for food and drink right at the property.

Property was very clean and offered the exceptional service one would expect. The steakhouse on the property was above and beyond. My hats off to their staff. They even brought out a balloon for my best friend and her fiancée who were just engaged. A high five to the valet team who were all so courteous as well as the Front Desk.

The jacuzzi closed a little too early for me.

Spacious and clean. The pools are great.

Rooms are a bit outdated and they allow dogs. We had one next to us that didn’t stop barking.

My bed squeaks when I move. More of a “clunk” than a squeak.

I liked the view of the room.

There was something wrong with the electricity in the room. I tried plugging in my charger for my phone, and it wasn't allowing it to charge completely. I thought it was the charger at first, but then I tried it outside the room, and it worked fine. I wish the beds could have been bigger; they didn't feel like queen sizes, more like full sizes.

It was convenient that the golf course was right next to the hotel within walking distance.

The hotel is well maintained but it would be nicer if the rooms were renovated to improve convenience.

The parking tou have to pay, also if want to use the gym. The Starbucks the have inside the hotel does not have the full options from Starbucks stores

The location. The smiley and friendly staff. :) The heated pool. The food was great. (They have their own garden!) spacious rooms. The golf corse. On location restaurants. Nice music in the lobby. The 24 hours store where you can get lots of things. The gelato was also tasty.

Beautiful room with great views, comfy beds. The pools were warm, hot tub was brilliant. Pool bar was great too.

This resort is huge, with many dining options and pools. This was my third or fourth time visiting (although previously it was only ever for work), and I would be happy to go back. The food, while expensive, was amazing! Definitely a highlight for us. There weren't crowds like we've experienced at other hotels. It was laid back and quiet; exactly what we needed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the dining options on property and the pool area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

The property is gorgeous and very spacious. The amenities are fantastic. There are multiple restaurants with cuisines for any palate. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. The Christmas trees really added to the ambiance of the resort- kudos to the decorators.

We had 2 different bookings in a week and each time we encountered an option with the plumbing. The first time the shower dial had been tightened so tight that the maintenance man had to use pliers to loosen it and on our return stay, we didn’t have hot water to shower on the morning of our discharge.

Our room was right next to the elevator which was a little noisy at night. We were able to block out the noise and sleep fine with a white noise app. Our initial bill had self parking and valet parking charges on it. However, we were able to get the charges corrected very easily by calling the number on our bill.

This property far exceeded my expectations in every way...
