Sapphire Falls Resort, Orlando

Location is great! The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was also very spacious clean comfortable.

I don’t like this hotel doesn’t offer fast pass like the others

The facilities were clean, and all the front desk staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had a bit of trouble finding the self-parking entrance, but overall, it was a satisfying stay.

Convenient to Universal parks, they cater to your pets and there’s a great walking path. Staff is very friendly.

We loved the large lobby. The staff were very friendly and answered our questions. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Also being able to take the boats to the parks was very convienent.

It could have had some universal tv programmes and films for free.

The gym facilities were outstanding, lobby area was nice and open, bright and vibrant. The location is great due to the addition of the water taxi direct to city walk. The rooms were pretty big, clean and modern.

I think the food could have been better pool-side but this isn’t a dealbreaker for us at all, it’s brilliant value for money and I think that arguably it could be classed as a premier hotel if it wasn’t for the lack of fast pass included.

Easy access to Universal parks and Universal downtown area, friendly staff, good pool area and lovely common space areas for families.

Beautiful lobby, large pool area with lots of chairs. Pool activities for kids on weekends. very comfortable beds. Boat ride into citywalk is wonderful, and quick. We never waited longer then 20min for the boat.

The meal options in the market were the same all week. Variety would have been nice. Kids activities were only on the weekend, nothing else all week.

Great location. The free water taxi and shuttle buses were super convenient for access to all the Universal Parks. Staff were also very helpful and amenable.

Superb location, friendly helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Transport to Universal park, frequently. Huge lobby. Shop, food, vending machines. Rarely heard other guests in rooms. Clean bathroom, lots of towels. Pool area had lots of sunbeds, towels, lifeguards, food area. Really exceptional hotel.

The staff where lovely and so helpful, the hotel was beautiful, we all loved the pool and the boat was so use to get over to the parks and city walk, we all wished we could have stayed longer

I would not change anything about the hotel

Our stay at Sapphire Falls was wonderful! The room was comfortable and clean throughout our entire stay. The entire resort was beautiful, including the lobby, pool, and restaurants. The staff was always friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. We tried each of the restaurants in the hotel and can’t wait to visit them all again because of how delicious the food was. The water taxi and shuttle were super convenient and made it easy to travel to the parks throughout our stay. We hope to return to Sapphire Falls in the future!

The only thing I disliked was that the pillows could have been firmer (I believe I stacked three at a time to sleep on), but that is just a personal preference and I could bring my own pillow next time!

Hotel was amazing. Location and free boat rides meant we could visit the theme parks but could go back to the pool half way through the day. The staff were great and the room was very clean. The hotel had a very welcoming feel about it.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Brilliant location. Staff friendly. Requested pool view with joining rooms on a high level and all of our requests were met. Good value for money.

Food options could have been better for children especially in the quick service in the lobby.

It was very handy to all the parks and just in general very good and all the staff super friendly and always willing to help you if needed.

A special highlight is the proximity to the parks, which allowed us to fully enjoy our days without wasting time on transportation. Highly recommended for families and travelers looking for comfort, relaxation, and direct access to the parks.”

The bus transportation needs improvement on scheduling around the neighboring hotels that shared amenities.

The breakfast at Amatista Cookhouse was phenomenal, so good we went back the second day.

Hotel location was fantistic for our holiday and the water taxi's made life far easier to the parks although the walk takes less than 10 min . Passing through security early was a bonus as well

I also stayed at a Disney hotel and felt the bar prices at Sapphire falls were a little expensive

Spacious room with 2 x double beds. One of the hotels connected to the park; so very good location with a cute boat ride to take you to the parks. Easy to pop back and forth to hotel during the heat of the day. Big pool, open until late Early access to Islands of Adventure included with hotel stay

The pool water was very hot - think because it is shallow. So during very hot summer days it doesn’t feel refreshing / cool you down. Not sure if this is an American thing in general, but would prefer a deeper pool. We still used it however and was great to have this available.

The proximity to the park and the water taxi were really nice. There is a nice pool and one water slide that were nice (we stayed after check out). There are good dining options in the hotel which is nice if you don't want to go to city walk.

The room was small for a family of 4, very basic shower and toilet. Beds were not very comfortable. We requested extra blanket and sheet and ended up not getting them.

That housekeeping AND maintenance knocked on our door at 8:25 wanting to get into the room . Wait till we check out for Pete’s sake

We loved staying here. The employees were wonderful and the hotel smelled SO good and was clean. It was pricey, yes, but the convenience that you get is worth it. I would love to go back someday.

I liked everything about the property. I will come again.
